Primary Care Improves Quality and Reduces Cost

Duck Diabetes - Beavercreek:

This is a FREE one hour presentation for the community in the Community Classroom at Beavercreek Health Center. 

No Physician referral. Participants will learn how to prevent diabetes with practical tips for grocery shopping, eating out, weight loss and increasing physical activity.*

*This program is intended for people who are at risk to develop diabetes.  It is NOT intended for people who already are living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.

Medicare Symposium: A speaker from the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) will present information about Medicare and the Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit. Some of the Medicare Advantage providers accepted at Kettering Health Network will be present with informational displays and experts to answer questions. In addition to traditional Medicare, Kettering Health Network has partnered with these Medicare Advantage Plans to provide you access to our trusted network of care. If you are 40 or older, have diabetes, abnormal cholesterol, or a family history of heart disease, this screening could save your life. Includes three exams to detect your risk for heart attack and stroke, artery age, blood flow problems, and aneurysms.
